Graduated in 2006 from a master in sports science, whose specialization is the preparation of physical, mental and réathlétisation, I have since remained very curious about the continual evolutions of the methods of training. Thus, this openness of mind has led me to be interested in posturology, which allows to identify certain muscular imbalances that could eventually lead to injuries.

Finally, I am also interested in the best techniques for optimizing recovery. It is in this context that I have taken a training in Thai Yoga Massage.
